Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
Right, so the moderators/administrators have removed the spam posts...but left all my posts saying "reported"...which makes me look a bit stupid...unless I go back and delete all my own posts...
Does Jamie know how the forum is going downhill???

Edit...that'll be me banned then....

Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
Hi wine~o, when I started reporting spammers I always wrote 'reported' so that others coming on could see that someone had done so. But now I just report and know that the administrators will deal with it, and then I don't feel I need to go back and delete my 'reported' meassages. Infact I usually only report one, when there is a lot, because I think that flags them to check the whole site - and I can't tell if it is one spammer using different names half the time!
I try to make my message in the report a bit amusing for the poor admins who must hate having to deal with it all the time. It is also makes it a bit of a game for me. (I am not that funny, but I will write something like 'big long spam' or 'bilingual spam' or even a bit more amusing if I can think of something!

Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
Again? This "person" and my reporting of same is becoming tedious. Did so for same reason two days ago.

Fascinating that spammers decide this is the appropriate thread to put their spam on! ![]()

In the case of two posts before yours, Joy, the "member" was reported by me two days ago and this morning I find "s/he" has posted on multiple threads.

Yes I had reported them previously too, and more today. Very irritating!
