Hi and welcome to the forums.
I'd suggest you contact the manufacturer of the graters but I guess you no longer have the packaging.
Is it somewhere on the product?
If it is, Google them to get their customer service number in your country. It's usually a toll-free number.

Christian, I don't know where you're located.
Perhaps things work differently here but I wouldn't be contacting the Jamie Oliver team anymore. Other than a "branding issue", it really isn't anything to do with them. You've reported the problem to them. Merlin has logged it/responded to you here. They are aware.
Am sure it's not that the JO people don't care. It's more "what can they do?", well, it is to me
, anyway.
It's not that Jamie is responsible. He doesn't personally manufacture the JO endorsed products. Not that I'm suggesting that you're suggesting he is responsible. It is, though, a "branding/PR issue" to which you've alerted the JO people.
I'd be onto Customer Service people of the manufacturer of the graters. It should be written on them somewhere- handle?
It is their responsibility.

Truly not spam.... Sorry if you think it is. All i want is a contact number or email regarding a JO branded product. I cant find one anywhere else and would of liked to send a photo of it to them with what was obviously a design problem. Instead of banging on about spam and replying to a thread when you have no useful information for me don't bother looking.
Thanks to the civil responses and suggestions.
There are no manufacturers marks just Jamie Oliver.
I am not so stupid to believe he designs every product or any. But i would like to believe that he or his marketing team would like to be made aware of an issue.
As for you win-o you should maybe relax and go indulge in a glass... smooth of the rough edges.. ![]()
