Restaurant Operations Management Course
I am thinking of doing a 6 month restaurant operations course - are there job opportunitities in this area?
I surpose possible careers would be restaurant supervisor, Head waiter etc

I've signed up to learn Italian at City Lit in London - not sure if they have the course that you are looking for but they do seem to have allot.....
