I would LOVE Jamie to come out with a Gluten, wheat
dairy free range of foods as i don`t think that there is a huge range of foods like that for people like me

I would love him to write a gluten free recipe book. With recipes that are useful, (not dishes that are normally gluten free, or easy to make that way), that don't use poncy ingredients, and that really work. But with everyday things that are missed like yorkshire puddings, pizza dough, crumpets etc. ![]()

Re: I wish Jamie would?
I wish Jamie would do something about South Asian food.
South Asians have the worst health in the UK.
Most of this is food related.
So South Asian dishes where we keep the taste but reduce the fat, suger and salt?
By South Asian I mean India(+ Bang and Pakistan)

This is a fantastic thread everyone, keep it up.
You never know - I'm sure we all remember Wine-o's success with the chicken suggestion for the live launch!

Mummza, That is a fantastic idea. Jamie would be great at a children's cookbook.

Oh Mummza, that would be good. My sunshine (12year old now) has always loved Jamie, I think because of his fun approach, and he doesn't have a high and mighty, I'm the expert attitude.
