when you find your dish too salty simply add a tiny bit of vinegar and a bit of powder sugar and your dish will get back to his "natural" taste. bon appetit!!

HOW TO CUT A ROAST BEEF NICELY: after being cooked, dont cut it right away. just put it on "cutting plate" and cover it with foil paper for around 5mn. it will keep the juice inside the roast beef and wont leak on the plate...voila!!!...bon appetit!!!

it also is not a foolproof way of checking as the sheilding for microwaves  is designed to the wavelength of  the microwave generated by the magnetron which can be different than   cell phones .    Best way is to get a repair centre to check the seals  to ensure no leakage.   alternately a Cfl  bulb  moved around the outside of the door  seal  might pick up leakage. it will glow t as the microwaves energize it.

And as you know...us Brits aren't called Rosbiffs by the French for no good reason... wink

I tend to rest mine for about half as long as it was cooked.

The French (I know) call us Aussies, "les kangaroos" wink - I know that's not spelled correctly. Haven't had my first coffee of the day wink
