Fruit, I was in a rush. Covering for someone at work last min.
A few recent breakfasts have been from Gordon's latest book. Ultimate home cooking . The Indian one with spinach eggs and Paratha is very nice as is the spice baked porridge.
Porridge has gone up a notch in our household . Thanks to Gordon and Naimh. Now with cardamom cinnamon vanilla almond Jaggery honey muscavado being involved. I recommend you use a good porridge though.
Naimh has me hooked on Flahavan’s oats, as I can no longer get Alford from Scotland, If you can get this product its the best!

Two coffees and two slices of Vegemite toast with Jarlesberg cheese. Handful of cherries.

Made Bill Granger's 'famous' ricotta hotcakes. Out of bananas (his traditional -caramelised- accompaniment). Used mixed berries.

2 mugs of good strong Yorkshire Tea !     Ok so I know it's ' the most important meal of the day but try telling my half open eyes it's morning and any thought of food goes out of the window .... It Mugs of tea for me !
