Re: madamada's kitchen

chickpeas crepe with poppy greens, ham and latteria stravecchio inspired by a post shared by MsP .... was it an Indian or Turkish recipe?????

I adapted it thinking of the procedure I make for hummus, starting with thyme and oregano in the mortar with garlic, adding chickpeas, lemon, vinegar and evo oil as if I was doing pesto. It makes me think I feed my family with healthy food wink
