Arizona intro
In the sixth and final episode of Jamie’s American Roadtrip, Jamie leaves the Arizona tourist trail to spend time with the Navajo Indians on the largest reservation in America. Jamie experiences many Navajo traditions up close: butchery, spending the night in a hogan and cooking and eating with the elders.
Despite being the original Americans it turns out many Native Americans are losing touch with their traditional food culture. Teaming up with Roy, the recently elected Navajo mayor, Jamie sets out to get the local kids interested in making Navajo-inspired food.
