Featured image Fresh One Productions
Fresh One, founded and wholly owned by Jamie Oliver, has produced remarkable campaigning output on TV with series like 'School Dinners', 'Ministry of Food' &'Saving Jamie's Bacon'. With new Managing Director, Roy Ackerman, we are now broadening our ambitions to embrace entertainment and factual entertainment formats, documentaries of all genres, music and arts, specialist factual, scripted and multi-platform content.

Jamie's vision was to create a brand that stood for the highest of production values & made entertaining programmes that could change lives for the better and, as we expand, at the heart of our programmes will always be honesty, intelligence & fun. We work with the best talent and promote originality. Fresh One has built a solid foundation through Jamie's programmes, which have sold into 60 territories and translated into 29 different languages and fact ent series such as 'Roadkill Chef' (BBC3), Neil Morrissey's 'Risky Business' (Channel 4) & 'To The Manor Bowen' (Living). Fresh One is building on its expertise in food and nutrition with a slate of shows for BBC, UKTV and other networks. We have shot a new cookery series: one with Sophie Dahl; the other, an edgy new look at cooking in the city with one of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen academy 'graduates'. We are in funded development on a range of surprising food and lifestyle shows. But we're not stopping at food; we're making programmes across the board.

We are in production with a major talent-led series: Africa (as you have never seen it); near completion on a feature doc. on the extraordinary coup in Equatorial Guinea, directed by award-winning film-maker Christopher Olgiati for the BBC and PBS and are coproducing two major theatrical docs. We're making a new kids formatted series in the Middle East and are seeking final funding for an animated kids show. We're in funded development for a number of features, fact ent, specialist factual arts and doc. series and producing a major prime time drama series and a star-led British film.

Fresh One will be a digital company; we've been commissioned by the BBC to produce an original new game to be launched on social networks and, with Jamie launching apps on the I-phone, we'll be taking our ideas to all platforms. Jamie Oliver has reinvented food programming. Now Fresh One is hungry for the best producers, directors and executive producers to bring us their ideas and energy.

Jamie's been inspired by Italian food since he was a teenager and in 2008 he opened the first in a group of restaurants that offer amazing quality Italian food at great value with brilliant service and a neighbourhood feel. They're quite different from the Fifteen restaurants and each restaurant has an individual character while sharing a menu with the others. There are a number of Jamie's Italians across the UK and more are to follow in 2010.

Featured image The Flour Station
The Flour Station story began in 2002 from the kitchen of the award winning Fifteen restaurant in London. Inspired by the goal of bringing new standards of baking to London and allowing more people access to our fantastic products, The Flour Station was officially set up in 2004.

We now supply many leading restaurants, hotels, food halls and delis. We are also well known for our market stalls (at London's Borough, Wimbledon, Parliament Hill and Queens Park markets) where both loyal and new customers are able to try our growing range of artisan breads and bakes.

All our products are hand-made to guarantee a unique character, texture and taste. We only use top quality and natural ingredients, ensuring that all of our products are the best they can be.

Our master bakers use truly authentic baking methods. After initially being mixed by hand, the dough spends up to 24 hours fermenting and developing before being baked in the oven. This provides an improved flavour and texture. The results are delicious!

Our dedication has certainly been noticed. The Flour Station's bread was featured in Time Out's 'London's Top 20' Taste list in May 2008, while our Brioche was featured by acclaimed chef Jason Atherton in the BBC's 'Great British Menu', our delectable mince pies were highlighted in Time Out's list of top Christmas treats for 2008 and we recently won 3 Gold Star awards at the 2009 Great Taste Awards.
