1 whole butternut squash (1.2kg)
2 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
100g button mushrooms
olive oil
a few fresh sage leaves
4 nice slices of bread
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
Cheddar cheese, for grating
