1 whole butternut squash (1.2kg)
olive oil
1 good pinch dried chilli flakes
8 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons half-fat crème fraîche
40g blue cheese
320g dried rigatoni
Parmesan cheese, for grating
