Trading up to wholemeal bread here means we can double our fibre intake, plus both wholemeal bread and chicken give us B vitamins, which are good for our metabolic systems.
Recipe From
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
½ a bunch of fresh thyme (15g)
2 bunches of fine asparagus (350g)
350g ripe mixed-colour cherry tomatoes, on the vine
4 x 120g skinless free-range chicken breasts
4 large slices of wholemeal bread (75g each)
4 medium mushrooms
100g cream cheese
