Ingredients

1 ½ parts Cognac

¾ part Benedictine Liqueur

¾ part lemon juice

twist of lemon, to garnish

Method

Bénédictine is a herbal liqueur made by monks and used in some of the world’s most famous cocktails

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
