Ingredients

20ml grappa

15ml Amaretto di Saronno

1 espresso shot

20ml soya cream

1 whole nutmeg, for grating

Method

Grappa and coffee is a staple in Italy, but even better shaken and chilled with some amaretto, too.

  1. Shake the grappa, Amaretto di Saronno liqueur and espresso over ice in a shaker, and pour in a glass or cup.
  2. Slowly pour the soya cream on top, so it forms a layer.
  3. Finely grate over a few scrapings of nutmeg, to garnish.
