  • 50 ml cognac
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 gingerbread biscuit , to serve

Method

  1. Recipe by Giuseppe Gallo
  2. Put the chai, cognac and honey in a pan, then heat gently. Take off the heat and leave for a minute to infuse. Pour into a handled coffee glass, then serve with the gingerbread biscuit on the side.
