Ashen are you from Greece?
Avgolemono means egg and lemon, and it's quite difficult for someone to know. You sure know quite a lot of stuff smile

Hope everyone will try it, and plz post any twists or comments about it. I don't remember if I mentioned it but dill is nice too and many other herbs...Try using one though.
