  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 200 g Granola Dust
  • ground cinnamon
  • 500 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • natural yoghurt , to serve

Method

  1. The night before, place the oats, Granola Dust and a pinch of cinnamon into a lidded container. Pour over the milk, mix well then cover and pop in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, grate in most of the apple and pear and give the mixture a good stir, adding a splash more milk to loosen, if needed.
  3. Transfer to bowls or portable containers, and top with a little more grated fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dollop of yoghurt.

Tips

EASY SWAPS
You could serve with soft berries or chopped tropical fruit – even frozen, defrosted overnight would work – or top with stewed stone fruit, such as apples, plums or peaches.
