  1. Geeignet sind zarte Kräuter wie zum Beispiel grünes oder rotes Basilikum, Petersilie, Minze, Kerbel, Thymianspitzen, Sauerampfer oder auch Fenchelgrün in jeder beliebigen Mischung, die Sie grob hacken. 6 Kirschtomaten halbieren und jede der noch heißen Brotscheiben mit einer Tomatenhälfte einreiben. Etwas frisch geriebenen Pecorino oder Parmesan darüberstreuen, die Crostini salzen und pfeffern und mit Olivenöl beträufeln. Zuletzt mit den Kräutern bestreuen.
