1 white onion
Ĺ a red cabbage
Salt and pepper
200g Greek yoghurt
Small bunch of tarragon, chopped
Half a lemon
Grate the vegetables, then add sumac and seasoning. Stir in yoghurt and add tarragon and lemon juice. Mix well together and serve.
