Season and rub beef brisket with generous salt, cracked pepper and red chilli flakes. Place the brisket onto a smoker or alternatively an oven or kettle oven. Set the oven to a low heat 105 – 107C (225F) and let the brisket to cook for 18 hours.
After 18 hours of cooking, take the beef brisket out and allow it to cool down. Wrap it in tin foil and a towel and put it in a cooler for 2 hours.
Serve this beef brisket with Woodstock Dan's green bean side
