Baked brie and puff pastry

This wonderful, light puff pastry is filled with melted Brie cheese. Serve with crackers on the side Can be served as an app or dessert - Substitute various flavors and textures to make it your own - Puff pasty can be substituted for phylo pastry - Apple/herb jelly can be substituted for your personal choice

Ingredients
- Round of brie
- Puff pastry sections
- Apple and herb jelly
- One egg (wisked)

Method
Baked Brie in Puff pastry:


- Unfold one layer of puff pastry
- Place brie in center
- Spread jelly on top of brie
- Cut pastry into as large of a circle as possible
- Fold up onto the brie, curl edges
- Brush egg onto edges
- Place puff pastry onto top and secure to curled edges
- Brush egg over top and sides
- Bake 15-20 min at 400F
- Bake till golden brown
- Enjoy
