this is amaizing side, traditional from the Mountain Apuseni, Transilvania.
It is simple to make just must tu mixed all time to not burn. The taste is like a cheese...
Ingredients
serve 2
400 g cream 30%
4 tbsp corn flour
salt
Method
Mixed cream with corn flour, season with salt and cook on the medium flame.
You need everytime to mixed.
It\'s finish when all the fat from cream is come out ( that is melted butter )and the side looks like a bowl.
I recommended to serve just with little bread.
