A sweet and deep green dish perfect for spring time, served room temperature, pops out on any buffet table

Ingredients
Broccoletti, a sweet crisp cousin of broccoli
lemon & blood orange for zesting
virgin olive oil
ground roasted garlic sea salt
fresh ground lemon pepper

Method
Blanche broccoletti,
oil and season platter, then lift softened broclcoletti out of salt water and rest in seasoned olive oil, gently toss when cool
