My favorit recipt. Panecake is perfekt, you could do this in all.

Ingredients
60g flour
75ml milk
1 pinch salt
1 egg
15ml sparkling water
1 tablespoon butter

Method
Do flour and salt in a bowl. Then do the egg into another bowl and mix it slowly pour the milk into it. Then puts the milk mixture to the flour while stirring. Put the butter (melted) to the flour and mix the dough. Enter next to the sparkling water and let it stand for half a day. To take bake best clarified butter on medium heat in a good pan. Have fun.
