this recipe is for aboute 38cm x 40cm backing tray...
4 cup flour
2 1/2 cup warm water ( room temperature )
4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp extract malt or honey
1 cup extravirgin oliva oil
3 tsp oregano
aboute 5g fresh yeast
In a bowl mixr flour with 1/2 cup extravirgin oliva oil, then add extract malt or honey,2 cup warm water, fresh yeast and 2 tsp sea salt. Mixt very well aboute 10 minutes, then cover and let to rise for aboute 45 minutes.
Take the dough and mixt about 2 minutes.
Grese backing tray with oliva oil and then put the dough and stretch in all over the backing tray. Season with sea salt, sprinkle with 1/2 cup water, then 1/2 extravirgin oliva oil. Push very well with your fingers the dough and sprinkle with oregano. Let to rise aboute 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 230\'C.
Backing foccacia aboute 20-30 minutes.
