Take the dough and mixt about 2 minutes.
Grese backing tray with oliva oil and then put the dough and stretch in all over the backing tray. Season with sea salt, sprinkle with 1/2 cup water, then 1/2 extravirgin oliva oil. Push very well with your fingers the dough and sprinkle with oregano. Let to rise aboute 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 230'C.
Backing foccacia aboute 20-30 minutes.
