Drain the water.
In a bowl add feta cheese and herbs. Mash the cheese and combine all the ingredients.
Stuff with care the flowers with this blend and place them in a dish.
Do not over stuff them…you may put about 1 tea sp of the blend in every flower(depends on the size of the flower).
Making the chyle
Add the flour in a bowl.Add salt and pepper and then a glass of soda water or beer(your choice).Combine .The blend must result not to fluid.
If its to thick add more soda or beer.
In a frying pan add olive oil. Heat it gently. Care to bring it in frying temperature, slowly.
Pick every flower and bath it in the chyle. Care to cover all the surface of the flowers. Add the flowers carefully in the pan and fry them till brownish. (3 minutes each side)
