To cook the chick peas, soak them for 24 hours in water and baking soda. Then, wash them. Put them in a pressure cooker with some water (they should be all covered with water) for an hour. (or more if you find that they\'re still hard).
Ingredients
2-3 cups cooked chick peas
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Method
In a food processor, put the chick peas and puree them.
Add the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
When everything is mixed together, it\'s done.
You can also add or adjust anything you want. It depends on how you like it.
Pour some olive oil when you eat it. You can also sprinkle it with some paprika or chopped parsley.
