CABBAGE ROLLS STUFFED WITH MINCE MEAT
cabbage rolls stuffed with mince meat
sauteee mince meat half beef half pork, with parsley onions some cinnamon and salt pepper and rice-white!-
take mixture and by 1 spoon in each cabbage leaf (which you have parboild whole as it is and then tear carefully leaves appart-cut the hard part)you roll it...
put leaves that left...onto bootom of a pot, then put carefully all rolls into pot tight...put 1 plate onto them then add water to cover them...and boil slowly to reduce...
remove plate and add egg-lemon sauce to thicken rest of water
serve and enjoy....- you can replace egg/lemon sauce with tomatoe sauce
