  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) flour
  • • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
  • • 60 ml (1/4 cup) butter, room temp
  • • 125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar
  • • 1 egg
  • • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla
Mix the flour & salt together. Put aside
Cream the butter with the sugar. Slowly add the egg & vanilla. Mix well.
Add the flour to the mixture and keep on whisking until well blended.

I used a piping bag with tip #22 on a parchment paper, about 3" long. You bake for about 4-6 minutes until just the edges have browned.
Oven temp 350F

These biscuits get their peculiar name (which translates "cat's tongue", from their flat shape) These little biscuits are very morish.
Use a piping bag with a 22 tip to get a really great look.

Method


Mix the flour & salt together. Put aside
