Use a piping bag with a 22 tip to get a really great look.
Cream the butter with the sugar. Slowly add the egg & vanilla. Mix well.
Add the flour to the mixture and keep on whisking until well blended.
I used a piping bag with tip #22 on a parchment paper, about 3" long. You bake for about 4-6 minutes until just the edges have browned.
Oven temp 350F
