Langues de chat

These biscuits get their peculiar name (which translates \"cat\'s tongue\", from their flat shape) These little biscuits are very morish.
Use a piping bag with a 22 tip to get a really great look.

Ingredients
125 ml (1/2 cup) flour

• 1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt

• 60 ml (1/4 cup) butter, room temp

• 125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar

• 1 egg

• 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla

Method
Mix the flour & salt together. Put aside
Cream the butter with the sugar. Slowly add the egg & vanilla. Mix well.
Add the flour to the mixture and keep on whisking until well blended.

I used a piping bag with tip #22 on a parchment paper, about 3\" long. You bake for about 4-6 minutes until just the edges have browned.
Oven temp 350F

These are great, but watch out! The spread out a lot. Bake one tray first to check how much space you need to leave. (The family will always eat the ones that joined together!)
