GREEK SPECIALTY...RICH DISH

Ingredients
1PACKAGE OF LARGE MACARONI (1,2)
500-600GR MINCED MEAT (HALF&HALF)
1ONION
SOME OLIVE OIL
TOMATOES CHOPPED OR 1CAN
SALT PEPPER NUTMEG
BECHAMEL SAUCE
SOME HARD PICANT CHEESE

Method
BOIL THE PASTA- PUT HALD IN DEEP BAKING SHEET -NICELY IN ORDER

SAUTEE THE ONION AND MINCED MEET ADD TOMATO SALT PEPPER NUYMEG

PUT OVER THE MACARONI (I ALSO ADD JUST A BIT OF BECHAMEL AND CHEESE ON TOP OF IT AND THEN...

PUT REST OF MACARONI ON TOP AND PUT BECHAMEL AT LAST IN WHICH YOU HAVE MIXED THE HARD CHEESE IN ...

BAKE IN 180c FOR 30-40MIN TO GET GOLDEN TOP
