GREEK PUFF PASTRY PIE
Method
PUFF PASTRY AND LEEK AND FETA CHEESE
puff pastry
1,2-2 kgr leek chopped
2-3 green onions chopped
1/2 sof white/goat cheese crumbled
1 cup dill chopped
1/2 teaspoon thyme crusehd
3-4 spoons semolina
salt
pepper
4eggs
1/2cup butter/margarine for tray and puff pastry top lid
parboil the leek till is softer in salted water
strain
put in alrge bowl the leek, onions, cheese, eggs beaten, semolina, dill thyme salt and pepper and mix
preheat ovewn at 180oC
put 1 phyllo of pastry to tray fill with mixture cover with next phyllo and wet with rest of butter/margarine the top of pastry... you cut only top into pieces and put to oven to bake for 40-45 min...
