Go well with yellow grapes, black olives, honey and vinegar, mushrooms and garlic, i could go on forever.
salt and flour
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms or one small can
2 tsp parsley
2 cups white wine or water
Salt and dust quails with flour. Saute in margarine in skillet until brown. Place quails in a casserole and pour the sauce out of the pan over the bird\'s.
Add mushrooms and parsley. Pour enough wine in the casserole to half cover birds. Cover the casserole and bake at 350 degres for one hour.
