Red/ Green Capsicums
Salt & Pepper
Slice the shitake mushroom thinly then the capsicums into cubes. Mince onion and garlic then set aside. Heat pan with butter in medium temperature then saute onion and garlic. Add in the shitake mushrooms and have a lug of olive oil in the pan. Season it with paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper and marjoram. Allow mushroom to cook and turned rubbery for about 10-15 minutes. Continue stirring from time to time to avoid burning it. Add the capsicums and add additional lug of olive oil if necessary.
Melt butter in a pan and put crushed garlic. Have a quick stir for 30 seconds then remove it from the heat. Slice the baguette and brush some butter and garlic on top of it. Toast the baguette and top with the cooked shitake toppings.
