Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino

This one is a classic and simplyest way to cook spaghetti.... only aglio (garlic), olio (olive oil) and peperoncino (chili). Usally I made with this recipe which I use only fresh ingredients

Ingredients
For 2 serves

160 g of spaghetti

1 fresh garlic

2 fresh chili

Olive oil

Fresh Basil, fresh oregano, fresh thyme

Breadcrumb

Method
Cut the chili and the garlic \"leg\", and put into a pan with olive oil. Cook for 3/4 minutes (to cook but to not burn the garlic). Cook the spaghetti inside a pan with salt boiled water for many minutes indicated on your spagetti box, strain the pasta and put inside the pan with garlic and chili. On high heat, add breadcrumb and a mince of fresh herbs and cook for 1 minutes just the time to make crip the breadcrumb. Serve immediatly with a line of olive oil above.
Enjoy.

First time I have heard of breadcrumbs with aglio, olio e peperoncino...is this a slight twist from the original old Italian recipe?
