Starting from my neighbor's hens eggs I went on adding all ingredients while I waited for water to boil. I used my pastamachine to shape the dough into spaghettini and tagliatelle. The fresh leaves went into the dough mixed with a little bit of different flours, but mainly grano duro one. I added no water today, I wanted my pasta to be golden.
There were two anchovies left in a little jar with oil, they went into the pan with a garlic clove and a bit of peperoncino, some seeds made the dish piccante at the right point.
While doing all this the weather changed from cloudy to a clear cheerful spring like day so did my mood.
