Yogurtina

This is one of the cakes that easily can create and absolute beginner. You can call it \"fruit cake\" or \"biscuit cake\" or something like \"the easiest cake\" but I like name Yogurtina. (http://ljubav-na-prvi-zalogaj.blogspot.com/2010/10/blog-post_11.html)

Ingredients
Ingredients:
~ 700g butter biscuits (\"petit beurre\")
~ 300g minced \"plazma\" biscuits (maybe you can find it as Bambi \"Lane\" biscuits; same taste, same smell, same package but different name) or any other biscuits by your choice
~ 1l yogurt
~ 200g powder sugar
~ 100g milk chocolate
~ 350g (or more) of a red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cherries..• I used mix in this cake)
~ whipped cream for decoration

Method
Broke butter biscuits into bigger pieces, add the ground biscuits and powdered sugar and stir. Add yogurt and stir well until mass become even. Pour half of the mixture into the mold (approximately 21x31cm). On top of the mass put grated milk chocolate and then pour other half of the mixture. Add fruits on the top and decorate with whipped cream. I\'ve also added some chocolate in the form of shells but that was my choice of course. You can decorate it as you like.
Enjoy!
