“I adapted this recipe from Jamie’s recipe for Toad in the hole. You can make this and with the left over mixture cook the Yorkshire Pudding in muffin tins.”
Ingredients
285g Milk
115g plain flour
a pinch of salt
3 eggs
Method
Whisk all ingredients together into a big bowl. Put 1/2cm of sunflower oil into a muffin tray, then place this on the middle shelf of your oven at its highest setting (240–250ºC/475ºF/gas 9). Place a larger tray underneath it to catch any oil that overflows from the tin while cooking. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes, you will see when they begin to rise and go nice and golden.

Hi everyone
I once found a useful programme on the best way to make yorkshire pud.

If you put one egg into a glass, fill a second glass with flour same level as the egg and again with the milk in another glass. Add the salt and pepper and cook in very hot oil.
Ideal when you dont have scales or just dont want to weigh. Works a treat ! And you get exactly the right amount of ingredients.
Obviously you can adapt the recipe as to how many yorkshires you want to cook.

The yorkshire puddings were light and fluffy. Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much.
As a Brite Lining in Denmark Ifound this good and simple, thanks for the taste of homedropt
I made the yorkshires with 285g of milk 115g plain flour 3 eggs pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper they came really nice, mine was better then the carvery yorkshires.
I think they meant to write 285ml of milk (it's a typo).
How many ounces or milliliter are 285 GRAMS of milk??
