chicken and tarragon savoury cake

About a mug full of left over chicken chopped up• A handful on tarragon also chopped• Added to the main recipe:-
1 packet of baking powder (11g)
10 cl oil
salt (except when using bacon)
The main ingeredients are mixed either by hand or mixer. Add the chicken and tarragon. Mix well and then tip the mixture out into an oven cake dish. Cook for about 30 mins at 180°/350F. When risen, test with a knife to make sure it is properly cooked right through.
*Serve sliced with a side salad.
*Cut into square\'s to serve as an aperitif.
