knackies

Use whatever garniture you like. For these i used gruyère, small green peas, sweet corn and a dozen green olives sliced.

Ingredients
50g flour
3 eggs
10cl olive oil
12,5 cl milk
1 packet rising powder
1 pinch salt (if using salmon our anything salty leave it out)
1 pinch ground pepper

Method
Mix the ingredients together, add the garniture at the end. Devide between small cooking cases like mine, or pour into one big square dish and slice once cooked.

Cook 200° 20/25mins...depends on the oven. Watch for the coloration.

I really, really like this, great for picnics over the coming summer. Well I am an optimist, and I do NEED a good summer, as do the boys.... Thanks Kye.
