  • mix of mushrooms
  • garlic
  • evo oil
  • milk
  • flour
  • butter
  • nutmeg
  • prosciutto
  • smoked caciotta
  • parmigiano
  • eggs
  • white wine
1 egg mixed with flour and a pich of salt to which you add milk and white wine enough to make a light batter, a tbsp evo oil.
Let it rest while you make your mix of mushrooms watery and then almost dry in a pan with garlic and salt and olive oil.
Make your crepes as thin as you can and lay them in an oven pyrex rectangular pan, letting them go overboard. Fill your pyrex with the mushrooms and part of the bechamel you have also quickly done while surveying the mushrooms, start with butter you let melt, add a few tbsp of flour and mix, add to this hot milk and let it go for a few mins until it gets thick, grate some nutmeg.
Cover the filling with prosciutto, some grated smoked caciotta.
fold the crepes to cover the filling and add one or two to cover completely the gaps, brush the bechamel over your jewelry chest and grate some parmigiano on top before you put into the oven to color
The crepes were light and crispy the filling was incredibilmente tasty ....... I only regret I took no pic, but I\'m sure you can imagine them and give this recipe a try
