  • a tin of salmone, carnaroli rice, silene vulgaris leaves (sclupit), rapunzel stock powder, celery carrot onion for the stock,challot and if I would have dared ....grated ginger
  • white wine
Slice the challot and let it become soft with a handful of sclupit leaves in a little evo oil, toss the crumbled salmone and let it savour a few minutes.
In another pan heat the rice and stir it until dry and hot. Have the vegs boiling in salted water to which add a tsp of stock powder. Short after mixing the salmone and challot to the rice pour in half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate, you\'ll smell it whe the the alcohol has completely gone.
Keep stirring and adding ladfuls of stock for at least 16 mins.
At this ppoint I wanted to grate some ginger to make it more lively but i did not dare, ............... next time.
But this will be another risotto

I had very little inventive tonight but starting from a salmone tin I succeeded in surprising my guests .......... the ussual ones for supper
