  • 2 cups of cornflakes
  • 2 cups of fresh Homemade breadcrumbs
  • 4 teaspoon of Arrowroot
  • 2 cups of fat free milk.
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Lg chicken schnitzel with skin off
  • 1 teaspoon of smoke paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of mix dried herbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • for the sauce
  • 1 dsp of a German type mustard
  • 4 dsp of a plain low fat yoghurt
  • half a teaspoon red wine (Good red wine)
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • under a half a teaspoon of garlic past ( not to much)
  • small squeeze of lemon
while your oven is heating up

dip your chicken in to the egg then into the milk then into crumbs and repeat until all the 4 Lg chicken have bean coated in crumbs on a Lg baking tray lay a sheet of baking paper please do not spray paper it will burn and so will your schnitzel.

bake until golden brown and cook right through leave on the top of oven to cool for 5 to 10 minutes place in centre of table with sauce and happy days

combined breadcrumbs and cornflakes until fine and set aside. beat eggs salt and pepper set to one side the in a big bowl add the 2 cups of fat free milk and the 4 teaspoon of Arrowroot beat and set aside.add the smoke paprika and the mix dried herbs to the breadcrumbs and cornflakes put to one side and get the chicken ready

preheat your oven to 180c to 200c

for the sauce
in a small bowl add the 1 dsp of a German type mustard and the under a half a teaspoon of garlic past and the small squeeze of lemon mix together set aside. in another small bowl at the 4 dsp of a plain low fat yoghurt mix until creamy then add the mustard mix and slowly fold it together once folded add the half a teaspoon red wine and fold again add the 1 tablespoon of chop coriander and fold well set aside.

while your oven is heating up
