preheat your oven to 180c to 200c
for the sauce
in a small bowl add the 1 dsp of a German type mustard and the under a half a teaspoon of garlic past and the small squeeze of lemon mix together set aside. in another small bowl at the 4 dsp of a plain low fat yoghurt mix until creamy then add the mustard mix and slowly fold it together once folded add the half a teaspoon red wine and fold again add the 1 tablespoon of chop coriander and fold well set aside.
dip your chicken in to the egg then into the milk then into crumbs and repeat until all the 4 Lg chicken have bean coated in crumbs on a Lg baking tray lay a sheet of baking paper please do not spray paper it will burn and so will your schnitzel.
bake until golden brown and cook right through leave on the top of oven to cool for 5 to 10 minutes place in centre of table with sauce and happy days
