  • 1 kilo of spinach
  • one big onion
  • 10 of garlic
  • 1/2 kilo of Tomato puree
  • two punch of coriander
  • can of houmous
  • two table spoon of dried coriander
  • 1/2 kilo of beef meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 table spoon of butter
put in a cooking pot 2 table spoon of butter on high flame
put in the pot Cutting onions and 6 smashed garlic and fry it until it turns gold
then put in the pot the 1/2 kilo of beef meat until it turns brown

then turn the flame low until the meat absorbs its juices
put the Tomato puree
leave it until the meat cooked will
cut the spinach and the coriander then put it in the pot
put salt and pepper and leave it a while then put the can of houmous until all of them cooked will
on a middle flame put in a pan a table spoon of butter and two table spoon of dried coriander and 4 smashed garlic until they turned gold then put them on the cocked Spinach and turn off the flame
then put all of them in a big plate for serving
for decoration put some houmous and serve it beside rice
