  • 25g/1oz butter
  • 4 fresh free range eggs
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 4 good splashes of Tabasco® Pepper Sauce
  • 4 tbsp (or more) double cream
Liberally butter the insides of 4 ramekins.
Break an egg into each and season with salt, then splash with Tabasco®.
Fill to the top of the ramekins with double cream.
Bake in a pre-heated oven Gas 4, 350F/ 180C for around 8 minutes, or until just set.
Serve with extra Tabasco®.

A beautiful breakfast, brunch or lunch dish. Baked Eggs are all the more delicious with a few drops of Tabasco®.

Method
