1 cup rice or gruel
1/2 pound classic traditional yogurt
1 bunch mint
Salt and pepper
Put the rice or gruel boil. In a pan add the oil to burn and saute the onion (which we have passed the food processor) with chopped mint.
When the rice is almost cooked, add the mint u the onion from the pan to the pot. Just tie the material (about 5-10 minutes after) we prepare the yogurt. Take the yogurt and beat with zoumaki the pot (as do the egg and lemon). When thickens add it to the pot to dock with the remaining ingredients.
