this is the basic rescipe but you can add as much veg as you want, very hot, spicy cheesey with a very aromatic taste,
Ingredients
you will need
1 red onion
2 green peppers
2 tomatoes
¼ tsp of cumin seeds
1 green cardamon seed
2-3 cloves of garlic
¼ tsp of garam masala
½ tsp paprika
2-3 tsp of red chilli paste
3 red chillis
1 spring onion
tortilla wraps
cheese
Method
grate a large plate worth amount of any cheese of your choice, in our case mild chedder, place 2 tbsp of oil in a wok, break open the green cardamon take out the small seeds and disguard the shell, add them seeds and the ¼ tsp of cumin seeds to the oil, chop the onions into rings and add them to the wok with finely chopped garlic, chop the peppers into thin sections and the spring onions and chilli\'s into small slices and also add them to the wok along with ½ tsp of paprika then ¼ tsp of garam masala, squash two tomatoes by hand into the wok and add a pinch of salt, fry until cooked, remember at all times to make sure it dose not stick, if so add 2 tbsps of water and stir well, heat wraps and add pan contents to the wraps in equal quantitys, add the cheese over the contents and seal the wraps.
