Ingredients
½ clove garlic, peeled and bashed to a pulp
1 good handful fresh basil, bashed to a pulp
1 small handful toasted pine nuts, bashed to bits
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Method
Mix everything together in a bowl and season to taste.
