  1. 3 Kugeln Büffelmozzarella je 150 g mit den Händen in Viertel teilen. 1 Mozzarellaviertel auf jedes der noch heißen Crostini legen. Nun noch 1 frische rote Chilischote von den Samen befreien, fein hacken und über den Käse streuen. Leicht salzen und pfeffern, mit bestem Olivenöl beträufeln und mit zerzupftem frischem Basilikum bestreuen.
