Sounds to me like you are as you have got threads everywhere on this site with the link.

Once you have used a wood oven theres no going back the results are fantastic. its the best kept secret , its just the italian imigrants that have pizzirias and resterants are too lazy to be bothered ,as they say the british people dont know the diference so why bother,Its a disgrace
